Hospitality: Waiting and Bartending

Covers various roles within a restaurant or bar. Participants will be guided through various skills including: taking orders, carrying plates, basic coffee making, and alcohol service. Certificate provided upon completion. Req: Notepad & pen. (10 hours)

Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA)

Learn to serve alcohol in a responsible manner in compliance with relevant liquor legislation. Explains the problems associated with excessive alcohol consumption and provides strategies to refuse service and prevent problems before they occur. Accredited by Liquor Licensing Victoria. Participants receive a manual and certificate. Certificates will be available for collection approx. one week after the course. Req: Notepad & pen.
