Relaxation Massage

This popular massage course, based on Swedish techniques, gives you hands-on experience with practical methods to assist in the prevention and relief of common ailments such as headaches, tiredness, backaches and stress. Uses oils. Req: A pillow and 2 towels. Wear comfortable clothes. (10 hours)

Shiatsu Massage

Introduction - Shiatsu is a therapeutic Japanese massage for health and vitality. It reduces fatigue and the effects of stress and is also an excellent treatment for muscular pain. Works on the whole body, covering the major pressure points. Req: Large towel, pad, pen & comfortable clothes. Optional training video available for purchase. (5 hours)
