Dance
We have only a limited number of dance classes available this semester, so please book early. For safety reasons we have strict quotas on all dance classes.
Social Dance - Ballroom & Latin
Social Dance is a combination of Ballroom and Latin dancing conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Learn a variety a dances from the elegance of the Waltz & Foxtrot to the exciting Latin styles of Box Rumba & Cha Cha. No partner required. Req: Comfortable clothes.

Le Bop
Le Bop, also known as Modern Jive, has its origins in France in the 50’s. It was very popular in the night-clubs of Europe. Over time the style has developed to encompass an eclectic mix of Hot moves from Jive, Lambada, Dirty Dancing and many other styles of dance. This collage of dance styles is set against a backdrop of retro and today’s dance music as heard on commercial radio stations and at night-clubs. No dance experience or partner necessary. Req: Comfortable clothes.

Hip Hop
Our hot Hip Hop class is back and will have you bustin' a move on the dance floor in next to no time. Hip hop is a funky street style originating from rap and pop culture and is now seen in many popular music videos. Come along to learn lots of cool moves and get a great workout. No dance experience necessary. Req: Comfortable clothes.

Belly Dance
This popular exotic dance is one of the world’s oldest art forms. It combines many different cultures - including the Middle East, North Africa, Egypt and the Orient and has many physical and spiritual benefits. Uses your entire body - including head, shoulders, hips and hands. Requirements: Comfortable clothes, long scarf. Returning in 2009
