RPL / Upgrade Program
Monash Short Course Centre offers RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) to candidates wishing to upgrade their current BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. The mapping in the Training Package shows that some units in the TAA40104 Certificate IV In Training and Assessment are equivalent to units from the BSZ40198 Training Package however, credit is not automatic as currency must be established. This means that if you wish to have your existing BSZ qualification recognised against the competencies in TAA04, you will need to meet the performance criteria and evidence requirements of the TAA04 units through an RPL process.
RPL is also offered to candidates who do not hold the BSZ40198 but believe that they are competent in some or all of the units in the new (TAA40104) Certificate in Training and Assessment.
