The Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) positively contributes to an organizations performance by developing the management skills of their frontline. This course is appropriate for team leaders, supervisors and managers who have responsibility for managing people, operations, OH&S, finance, teams, marketing, business planning and industrial relations.

Day and Dates

SEMESTER 2, 2008-

This course will commence on Wednesday 16th July 2008 and conclude on 26th November 2008. Each session will be on a Wednesday from 9.30am -5pm. There will be 15 sessions in total over a. 20-week period. Please note: there will be breaks for self directed activities and public/school holidays. Please contact us for timetable details.
